Execute design and implementation of creative and effective data solutions
Maintain and enhance a robust Power BI relational model of conservation program and financial data
Design and implement technical and process solutions
Investigate specific business questions

Deliver self-service analytics resources that empower business users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and 5 years’ experience in programming and systems design, or equivalent combination
Proficiency with SQL, Databricks (DB SQL), M, DAX or similar language and data manipulation concepts (e.g., table joins, cardinality)
Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI, AWS Quick Sight, or similar BI tool
Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams to design, document, and implement fit for purpose technical solutions
Experience soliciting business requirements and translating desired business outcomes into technical specifications for engineering partners
Experience with enterprise self-service paradigm, including data literacy enablement, and data governance principles
Experience independently prioritizing multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional customer services skills
