We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Coaching & Leadership Development to shape the future of our organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll train, inspire, and coach N2’s leadership team, equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to drive Area Director (AD) success across all products. You’ll design and deliver innovative coaching systems, lead one-on-one and group trainings (virtual and in-person), and create programs that foster measurable growth and retention.
The Role in Action: Collaborate with the Directors of Product Growth to shape and execute a clear coaching and leadership strategy through both group trainings and one-on-one development.
Elevate coaching competency and strengthen franchise business performance by supporting and developing those engaged in coaching.
Design and deliver resources (including written guides, recorded content, and structured curriculum) that bring leadership strategies to life.
Support both new and experienced coaches, including future use in AI-enabled virtual coaching.
Build and oversee a tiered coach certification program with defined success pathways that raise the standard of coaching quality and provide transparent advancement opportunities.
Directly coach top-performing Area Directors (ADs) to maximize franchise impact, while also staying hands-on in coaching to remain closely connected to the needs and challenges of the broader coaching team.
Proven success in coaching through both group training and one-on-one development.
Strong systems thinker who can build scalable structures for growth.
Experience running an N2 publication as a franchisee, with a clear understanding of the full AD journey from launch to legacy.
Metrics-driven and execution-focused, with the ability to translate coaching into measurable results.
Experience coaching ADs and leading other coaches within N2 or similar environments.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a passion for growth.
