About the role
- Track and manage marketing and communication projects from initiation to completion using Jira.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and marketing managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project timelines, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
- Submit marketing materials to Legal and Compliance teams through Red Oak for review and approval; manage edits and renewals.
- Facilitate submission of marketing materials for Distributor review and track/implement Distributor feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation and generate reports on project status, timelines, and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
- Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
- Familiarity with Red Oak or similar Compliance management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
