Under the Product Manager, assist with planning, execution, and completion of efforts including product enhancement, internal research, and field test coordination
Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders from different organizations, and leadership.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to meet objectives.
Lead and manage small teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and productivity.
Develop project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Contribute to process improvements and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Project Management, Engineering, or another technical field).
At least 2 years of experience in project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools a plus.
Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition is a plus.
