About the role
- Under the Product Manager, assist with planning, execution, and completion of efforts including product enhancement, internal research, and field test coordination
- Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders from different organizations, and leadership.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to meet objectives.
- Lead and manage small teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and productivity.
- Develop project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Contribute to process improvements and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Project Management, Engineering, or another technical field).
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools a plus.
- Familiarity with government contracts and acquisition is a plus.
