Backend Engineer

• Work closely with our CTO and engineering team to design and evolve the core backend and platform architecture that powers all our applications.
• Mentor and support other engineers.
• Lead complex technical initiatives across backend systems, data infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.
• Define and implement scalable foundations that allow the team to ship faster and operate reliably as we grow.
• Designing and evolving the backend architecture that powers our products and internal platform.
• Building scalable and reliable services.
• Improving infrastructure, observability, reliability, and deployment workflows across the engineering stack.
• Working directly with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Supabase, Cloudflare).
• Leading technical decisions and helping the team scale operationally.
