Account Executive

• Day-to-day support across a number of accounts
• Research and coordinate clients’ hospitality requirements, including hotels, restaurants and transportation
• Work closely with clients, becoming an extension of their in-house team, as well as working collaboratively with key stakeholders and suppliers in the motorsport ecosystems to create seamless activations
• Manage guest programmes at events in a client-facing role, including timelines, guest lists, photography, schedules, and reports
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting notes
• Create high-quality written content, such as briefing documents, invitations and press materials
• Oversee social media content, including brainstorming, timeline management and photo shoots
• Support Account Managers and Account Directors in delivering above and beyond for clients

Social Media Manager

• Devise social strategy: Work with clients and internal teams to create scroll-stopping, strategy-first social campaigns across all platforms - from TikTok to LinkedIn, Instagram to YouTube.
• Lead social content and channel planning: Shape always-on and campaign content plans, define channel roles, set editorial rhythms, and make sure every post has a clear job to do.
• Manage creator partnerships when needed: Influencer and creator activity may form part of the plan, so you’ll know how to brief creators, shape collaborations and work with specialist partners without this being the sole focus of the role.
• Set clear goals and deliver: Whether it’s driving engagement, increasing awareness, growing communities, or supporting conversions, you’ll shape activity with clear KPIs - and you’ll track performance to prove it worked.
• Analyse audiences and communities: Use social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sprout, etc.) and collaborate with our Insights teams to uncover what matters most to your clients’ audiences and communities.
• Lead and inspire: You’ll oversee the day-to-day work of junior team members, guide best practice, and play a hands-on role in supporting their growth and development.
• Pitch and win: You’ll help shape new business responses with strategic insight, social-first thinking and a clear point of view on how brands can show up culturally.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Creative, Studio, Paid Media, Digital and Strategy teams to ensure social activity is joined up, on brand and on brief.
• Stay culturally plugged in: You know what’s trending, what’s cringeworthy, and what’s next - and you’ll use that instinct to keep our work bold, fresh and relevant.

• Support the Payments team in processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring suppliers are paid correctly and on time.
• Process payment requests accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Prepare and execute payment runs using banking systems and accounting software.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, queries, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment-related enquiries.
• Assist with cash flow reporting where required.
• Provide administrative support to the wider finance team as required.

Content Manager

• Community management & moderation: Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and conversations across client social channels. Respond to audiences in line with agreed brand tone of voice and escalation processes. Moderate conversations to help keep communities safe, respectful and on-brand. Escalate complaints, sensitive topics or potential issues clearly and quickly. Support proactive engagement across relevant posts, creators, communities and conversations. Identify recurring questions, audience behaviours, sentiment shifts and content opportunities. Surface brilliant UGC, creator moments, comments and community-led ideas that could be built into content. Feed useful community insight back into social, strategy, creative and account teams.
• Social Content Support: Support the creation of social-first content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts and emerging formats. Help turn community insight, trends and cultural moments into simple, brand-safe content ideas. Support creators, talent and internal teams on shoots. Capture behind-the-scenes, reactive and in-the-moment content on mobile. Help produce street-style vox pops, interviews, skits, explainers and reactive social formats. Be comfortable appearing on camera where relevant, including vox pops, skits, explainers and trend-led formats. Approach and engage members of the public where needed for content capture. Manage release forms and basic shoot admin. Help make shoots run smoothly by supporting set-up, coordination and organisation.
• Trend, Culture & Social Insight: Track emerging trends, formats, sounds, creator styles and platform behaviours. Understand why certain content is landing, not just what is trending. Share regular observations on what brands, creators and communities are doing well. Help maintain a bank of trends, examples, creator references and content opportunities. Bring weekly suggestions for content ideas, community prompts and reactive opportunities. Support reporting inputs by sharing community themes, audience questions and content learnings. Proactively spot high-quality UGC, community stories and creators that align with the brand.
