Oversee, as a key stakeholder, the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of our CRM systems.
Requirements
Proven track record in leading successful account management teams with demonstrable P&L impact.
Experience managing managers, with at least two direct reports, and oversight of a team of at least 10 individuals.
Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
Experienced in a digital environment, managing large customer bases.
