Lead the Inside Sales Support teams that provide transactional and relationship-driven support to Outside Sales Representatives
Build and develop high-performing Inside Sales Support teams and enhance support operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with market-specific sales teams to improve service delivery and sales outcomes
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate operational excellence
Communicate effectively and provide timely support for customer escalations
Establish clear goals and success measures for the team
Develop and execute performance improvement plans and coach team members

Requirements

2+ years of previous related work experience
Experience in managing sales support teams
Proven ability to drive operational metrics and process improvements
Strong understanding of sales, demand generation, and technology
Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft suite)
