Requirements

  • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft suite)
