About the role
- Lead the Inside Sales Support teams that provide transactional and relationship-driven support to Outside Sales Representatives
- Build and develop high-performing Inside Sales Support teams and enhance support operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with market-specific sales teams to improve service delivery and sales outcomes
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate operational excellence
- Communicate effectively and provide timely support for customer escalations
- Establish clear goals and success measures for the team
- Develop and execute performance improvement plans and coach team members
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous related work experience
- Experience in managing sales support teams
- Proven ability to drive operational metrics and process improvements
- Strong understanding of sales, demand generation, and technology
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft suite)
