About the role
- Transformation Planning and Execution: Develops and executes transformation strategies that support the organization’s long-term objectives, oversees initiatives within scope and budget.
- Performance Monitoring and Executive Communication: Establishes metrics/KPIs, tracks progress, reports to senior management, and creates process documentation.
- Change Management: Partners with business owners and OCM/Agile teams to define change plans, messages, and resource actions.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Manages a team of transformation professionals and maintains relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years progressively responsible management experience in transformation/program management.
- Knowledge of commercial processes (e.g., customer planning, integrated dynamic planning).
- Proven ability to lead teams through delegation, coaching, and feedback.
- Experience with building business cases and project charters.
- Proven ability to create Executive Committee level communications.
- Experience with influencing others to achieve goals / milestones.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of change management process.
- Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint with a focus on defining business problems, solutions, teams, and program updates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end business process, measurement, and transformation.
