About the role

  • Transformation Planning and Execution: Develops and executes transformation strategies that support the organization’s long-term objectives, oversees initiatives within scope and budget.
  • Performance Monitoring and Executive Communication: Establishes metrics/KPIs, tracks progress, reports to senior management, and creates process documentation.
  • Change Management: Partners with business owners and OCM/Agile teams to define change plans, messages, and resource actions.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Manages a team of transformation professionals and maintains relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years progressively responsible management experience in transformation/program management.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes (e.g., customer planning, integrated dynamic planning).
  • Proven ability to lead teams through delegation, coaching, and feedback.
  • Experience with building business cases and project charters.
  • Proven ability to create Executive Committee level communications.
  • Experience with influencing others to achieve goals / milestones.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of change management process.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint with a focus on defining business problems, solutions, teams, and program updates.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end business process, measurement, and transformation.
