Transformation Planning and Execution: Develops and executes transformation strategies that support the organization’s long-term objectives, oversees initiatives within scope and budget.
Performance Monitoring and Executive Communication: Establishes metrics/KPIs, tracks progress, reports to senior management, and creates process documentation.
Change Management: Partners with business owners and OCM/Agile teams to define change plans, messages, and resource actions.
Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Manages a team of transformation professionals and maintains relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent education and/or experience.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years progressively responsible management experience in transformation/program management.
Knowledge of commercial processes (e.g., customer planning, integrated dynamic planning).
Proven ability to lead teams through delegation, coaching, and feedback.
Experience with building business cases and project charters.
Proven ability to create Executive Committee level communications.
Experience with influencing others to achieve goals / milestones.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of change management process.
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint with a focus on defining business problems, solutions, teams, and program updates.
Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end business process, measurement, and transformation.
