About the role
- This role focuses on Hershey’s holistic Global Licensing businesses, both food and general merchandise, in all regions outside US and Canada.
- The Global Licensing Manager will lead daily execution of the Global Licensee portfolio with responsibilities including achieving annual revenue targets and managing contractual obligations, product & packaging development, and licensee communications.
- Manage relations with 30+ licensee partners and contracted regional support across regions; oversee agency partners in LATAM and Asia North as applicable.
- Oversee occasional agency engagements in other ROW locations for on-strategy new business development opportunities.
- Coordinate contracting, business planning, innovation/product development, ingredient sourcing, product/asset approvals, reporting and compliance; align with Hershey’s regional teams.
- Monitor external licensing environment, identify trends and growth opportunities for global portfolio.
- Education and experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 8-15 years; experience in brand management/licensing; experience with creative, sales, QA; BrandComply is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing
- 8-15 years of professional experience
- Experience managing global business activities
- Experience in brand management, licensing industry or consumer goods preferred
- Experience working with creative, sales, and/or QA is ideal
- Experience in BrandComply is an advantage
