This role focuses on Hershey’s holistic Global Licensing businesses, both food and general merchandise, in all regions outside US and Canada.
The Global Licensing Manager will lead daily execution of the Global Licensee portfolio with responsibilities including achieving annual revenue targets and managing contractual obligations, product & packaging development, and licensee communications.
Manage relations with 30+ licensee partners and contracted regional support across regions; oversee agency partners in LATAM and Asia North as applicable.
Oversee occasional agency engagements in other ROW locations for on-strategy new business development opportunities.
Coordinate contracting, business planning, innovation/product development, ingredient sourcing, product/asset approvals, reporting and compliance; align with Hershey’s regional teams.
Monitor external licensing environment, identify trends and growth opportunities for global portfolio.
Education and experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 8-15 years; experience in brand management/licensing; experience with creative, sales, QA; BrandComply is a plus.
