About the role
- Conduct diagnostic analytics, including but not limited to correlation, regression and trend analysis
- Define meaningful performance and process metrics grounded in a strong understanding of business goals and end-to-end workflows
- Build analytical frameworks by creating and enhancing datasets, developing tools and automating processes
- Track organizational performance and provide timely insights to business partners through data analysis and visualization
- Synthesize and translate analytical results into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations to business leadership
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and business leaders
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Applies foundational statistical concepts to interpret performance data and identify trends
- Comfortable working with operational and transactional datasets
- Experience leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate insight generation preferred
- SQL experience preferred; Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and/or Snowflake experience a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to varying levels of stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to cross-functional projects
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, platforms and methodologies
