About the role

  • Responsible for providing education and awareness on The Hartford’s HR Technology solutions to internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Assists in educating Sales Representatives on The Hartford’s current and future HR Tech strategy & integration roadmap and acts as a subject matter expert in support of inter-department sales training need and communications
  • Responsible for partnering with Director, Strategic Partner Solutions, Sales, and Marketing as an input on the go-to-market platform strategy
  • Represents The Hartford at key HR Technology regional and national meetings and conferences (including booth management and presentations)
  • Works with Hartford Marketing and other stakeholders to provide input into the production of platform collateral (e.g., flyers, videos, webinars, and more for internal and external presentations)
  • Supports Sales Education Team to position Sales Executives and Account Managers to develop individual business plans, leveraging our tech value proposition and story
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in the HR Technology market, assesses the impact, and collaborates with Partner Connections Director & AVP on proposed strategy refinements
  • Cultivates strong relationships with business partners necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Participates in and/or leads special projects

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of prior Group Benefits or Tech industry experience preferred
  • Licensed in Life & Health preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time – regional as well as national travel expected
