• Lead the development, implementation, and execution of enterprise-wide aviation training programs across all service delivery operations.
• Design standardized, compliance-driven, and performance-based training initiatives.
• Ensure employees across all aviation service lines are properly trained and equipped.
• Partner closely with Service Delivery, Safety, Operations, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Technology, and airline customer leadership teams.
• Oversee training strategy, curriculum development, onboarding programs, recurrent training, operational readiness initiatives, and leadership development programs throughout TFG Aviation’s Service Delivery organization.
