Associate Director – Student Accounts

• Assist students in site selection and review of application materials for practicum and doctoral internship
• Assist students who are encountering issues related to their practicum and internship experience

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee all centralized financial aid operations, including application processing, verification, awarding, advising, disbursement coordination, and student support
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant administration of federal, state, institutional, and private financial aid across all institutions
• Maintain accountability for service delivery, processing timelines, and the overall student financial aid experience
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Director of Financial Aid
• Lead systemwide financial aid initiatives, including regulatory implementation and process transformation

Senior Director, Financial Aid

• Oversee daily student financial services processing functions, including Student Aid Report (SAR) processing, verification flags, packaging, originations, authorizations, disbursement, reconciliation, and post-disbursement adjustments
• Provide oversight of daily student accounts processing functions, including billing, adjustments, refunds, reconciliation, and resolution of complex account activity
• Ensure timely and accurate awarding, disbursement, posting, and reconciliation of federal, state, institutional, and private aid
• Monitor workflow queues, processing timelines, and service-level expectations to support enrollment, persistence, cash management, and compliance objectives
• Execute operational processes in compliance with federal Title IV regulations, state requirements, and institutional policies and procedures

• Play a key role in optimizing legal processes, managing technology solutions, ensuring System compliance, and enhancing overall efficiency within the legal department.
• Provide support to a team of attorneys regarding litigation, pre-litigation, and other legal matters through management of cases; preparation of legal documents and communications; researching legal issues, responding to subpoenas and record requests; managing process for legal holds and garnishments; analyzing facts and documents; coordinating discovery processes and witness interviews; communicating with client(s); organizing and maintaining case files; coordinating work with others; assisting with filing documents in judicial and quasi-judicial venues; and providing other litigation support, as needed.
• Provide support to legal counsel and finance teams on insurance administration, including obtaining certificates of insurance and surety bonds, and assisting, as needed, with document collections for annual insurance renewals.
• Oversee the implementation and administration of legal technology solutions – including main platform for receiving requests from institutional clients for legal assistance and review, policy management, and matter management – and collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality of legal tools.
• Assist the office with its corporate governance, business entity management, state authorization, and professional license and other regulatory compliance functions.
• Manage the processing and approval of legal invoices, records for subscriptions accounts, and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.
• Coordinate updates to and maintenance of the legal department's SharePoint site and ensure that content is current, accurate, and aligns with organizational branding.
• Manage calendars and schedules, coordinate and schedule meetings, and other events.
• Serve as a notary public as needed if already credentialed.
• Serve as a point of contact for receiving, processing, and distributing mail and deliveries intended for the office.
