Rural Medical Education Hub Director

Program Manager

• Provide vision, leadership, and oversight for the program’s launch in July 2028.
• Overseeing curriculum development, facility planning and preparation, and ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Provide effective leadership in faculty hiring, mentoring, and evaluation.
• Conducting program assessment activities and managing curriculum and student advising.
• Overseeing student admission processes, and leading programmatic accreditation.
• Expected to teach in their area of expertise, engage in scholarly activities, and service to the College, University, and broader community.
• Support student success and respond to student concerns.

Program Director – Doctor of Physical Therapy

Administration

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of research projects and initiatives.
• Serve as the Research Lead for the Academic Commons, managing research administration processes.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and facilitate funding applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (faculty and students) and support research teams throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Act as a liaison between researchers and other relevant departments within the university and The Community Solution Education System.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and seminars for researchers on grant writing, compliance, and research management.
• Develop, nurture, and strengthen the multidisciplinary and community-based research on the UWS campus.
• Review, edit and provide feedback on content and publication requirements for research and scholarship manuscripts.
• Develop and communicate reports supporting project status; create effective forecasting and decision aides.

Research Services Administrator

• Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the President.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and report on project progress.
• Develop project documentation, timelines, action plans, and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop, compile, and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through analytics to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, including trustees.

Director of Projects and Reporting

Operations

• Support the development and implementation of modified or new programs from conception to launch
• Provide advice and assistance to the colleges, as well as TCSES personnel, on the requirements of and process for program implementation and approval
• Develop project plans that facilitate monitoring and tracking program implementation for each institution
• Key coordination of all Programs that are newly developed and any maintenance or changes to colleges’ programs – Works closely across the specific college along with all areas of TCSES (Marketing, Admissions, IT, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Student Academic Support, etc.) to implement new programs
• Ensures that programs are compliant with their Accreditors
• Ensures that colleges are following their academic catalogues in setting up or changing programs/courses, etc. Communicates these standards across TCSES
• Review internal program modification requests to identify the regulatory impact and institutional requirements, and provide guidance to the college academic leadership.
• Maintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for program development
• Assist in the tracking and management of catalog review, changes, and publication of the College’s catalogues.
• Understand the technology used to implement all new and modified programs.
• Understand the implications involved with business processes and complexities
• Effectively work across teams to successfully integrate New Colleges joining TCSES
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Associate Director, Academic Operations

Human Resources

• Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding; Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offers. Partner with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines and a positive candidate experience. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide day-to-day support on employee relations issues including coaching, performance concerns, and conflict resolution. Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations and document findings in alignment with company policy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and support policy interpretation and compliance across the organization. Support involuntary terminations and ensure legal and compassionate offboarding processes. Manage LOA aspects in collaboration with vendor and employee support needs.
• HR Operations & Systems: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS (Workday preferred). Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee information. Assist in benefits administration and resolve related employee inquiries. Manage employee verifications, tuition reimbursements, and other transactional HR activities.
• Projects & Process Improvement: Lead and support HR initiatives and projects including change management efforts. Independently research HR best practices, laws, and operational needs to inform decisions. Identify and recommend improvements to SOPs and HR workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Analyze HR data and generate reports that drive strategic recommendations. Bridge HR best practices with departmental operations by aligning people strategies to functional goals and identifying HR solutions that support team effectiveness and community outcomes.
• Learning, Engagement & Culture: Coordinate employee programs such as internships, onboarding, and training through LMS and live facilitation. Support organizational events and internal initiatives that build culture and engagement.
