About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with prospective students through outbound calling, web chat platform, and new student inquiries
- Qualify prospective students and transfer them to Admissions Representatives
- Maintain Salesforce database through inquiry management and documentation
- Positively represent the university through various meetings and events
- Maintain communication with admissions staff and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Effective communication and listening skills
- The ability to learn and work within admissions databases and CRM tools
- The ability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience in higher education (preferred)
- Proven ability to take initiative, problem solve, and work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environment to achieve outstanding results
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills (preferred)
