About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with prospective students through outbound calling, web chat platform, and new student inquiries
  • Qualify prospective students and transfer them to Admissions Representatives
  • Maintain Salesforce database through inquiry management and documentation
  • Positively represent the university through various meetings and events
  • Maintain communication with admissions staff and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • The ability to learn and work within admissions databases and CRM tools
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in higher education (preferred)
  • Proven ability to take initiative, problem solve, and work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and matrixed environment to achieve outstanding results
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills (preferred)
