Key responsibilities & impact

Manage 2–5 concurrent projects across technical, operational, and service delivery domains.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
Lead IT change management processes, including documentation, approvals, and tracking.
Manage the IT project intake lifecycle, including prioritization and resource alignment.
Prepare reporting dashboards using Jira, Microsoft Teams, and related tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience in IT project management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or minimum 7 years of project management experience in lieu of certification
Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience
Experience managing at least 2–3 concurrent projects at one time.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience working with AI-assisted, automated workflows, or digital process tools in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hands-on experience with Jira, or comparable project management tools
