Assistant Director of Education

Program Manager

• Provide academic leadership and select, train, develop, manage, and lead faculty and staff team members according to the guidelines provided by the DOE and Campus President
• Provide support to college and community relations activities while planning and implementing a budget including personnel requirements, program expenses, and capital needs
• Support college programs designed to achieve student completion and placement rates
• Review curriculum and textbooks with instructors, advisory board, and DOE; review evaluations of instructors and programs, externship evaluations, employer surveys, and graduate surveys
• Collaborate with other PDs within own school and across schools: scheduling, sharing faculty, and other
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and college policies and processes

Pharmacy Tech Program Director

Medical Billing and Coding

• An instructor facilitates meaningful learning of the course competencies in the curriculum and proactively supports all facets of the learning environment.
• Provides education through excellence in learning-centered instruction that will enable graduates to fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace.
• Enables the achievement of pre-described exit competencies for student achievement and evaluation of learning by providing instruction which fosters competencies and establishes student performance criteria and evaluation.
• Delivers excellence in learning-centered instruction by establishing an online blended and classroom environment conducive to learning and student involvement.

Medical Coding and Billing Instructor

• Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and development of instructional policies, programs, personnel, and facilities.
• Create and sustain an environment of academic and professional excellence for students and faculty.
• Collaborate with educational team members.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the Education Department.

Director of Education

• Oversee all aspects of the programs operations, including curriculum oversight, faculty supervision, and student success initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Hire, train, and evaluate instructional staff
• Monitor student performance, retention, and satisfaction
• Coordinate externship and lab activities across campus locations
• Support student advising and academic success

Dental Assistant Program Director

• Guide students in job search skills, resume writing, and interview preparation.
• Provide graduates with placement assistance until they secure employment in their field.
• Build strong employer relationships to create job opportunities for students and graduates.
• Lead and manage the campus and online career services teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards for job placement.
• Market programs to the medical community and secure placement sites for students.
• Collaborate with education and externship teams to track employment trends.
• Maintain accurate records of placements, surveys, and compliance documentation.

Director of Career Services

• Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to the school in accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies and regulations, consistent with the highest ethical standards
• Managing time, inquiries, and other recruitment-related resources to generate interest in CHCP programs
• Ensures consideration and implementation of the CHCP philosophy, which provides for providing quality services to all students, visitors, and clients; focusing on the development, growth, and involvement of staff members; offering recognition of employees; adhering to sound economic principles; and creating an environment conducive to innovation, positive thinking, and expansion
