About the role
- Drive strategic analysis of consumer behavior from consumption patterns to purchase trends.
- Collaborate closely with Consumer, CCL, and Category teams to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Provide ad hoc analysis based on standardized templates at speed and to scale.
- Develop next-generation global standards for marketing analytics.
- Enhance investment optimization through improved models.
- Increase efficiency of data and analytics resources by introducing advanced analytics, AI & Machine Learning technology.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience managing cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Finance, and IT in a global environment.
- 5 years' experience translating analytics into data-driven insights for business planning.
- 5 years' experience working with consumer survey data and syndicated retail data.
- 5 years' experience working with Power BI and SQL.
- 2 years' experience with programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, Azure ML, Synapse.
- 2 years' experience performing advanced statistical analysis (SPSS, R, etc.)
- Knowledge & experience in consumer, shopper and channels tracking and analytic tools.
- Hands-on experience in modern marketing analytics, advanced analytics and data modeling.
- Must be well versed in research and advanced analytics.
