Lead key initiatives at the intersection of digital procurement, commodities analytics, and category strategy.
Drive the development and management of the Commodities Dashboard and other high-impact digital tools.
Lead the implementation of Spend Analytics across global stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver insights that shape sourcing, pricing, and operational decisions.
Oversee data transfer, cleansing, and integration with platform teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Drive user-training and coaching on how to extract valuable insights from spend data.
Manage project tracking, prioritization, and resourcing.
Develop and streamline intake processes to enable efficient solution delivery.
Maintain the commodities database, incorporating data from multiple third-party sources.
Build strong relationship skills to work across all the GP Towers and Support Category Teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 4 years of work experience with ideally 3 years of procurement/category management experience, including at least 1 year of experience in commodities ideally in a global consumer goods organization.
Proven experience managing complex data models in a business context.
Background in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience with ERP systems, procurement technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.
