About the role
- Lead the development of core learning offerings with support of the design lead and fellow program managers
- Gather feedback from associates, managers and other program stakeholders and work to refine the offerings as needed
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of marketing materials and communications efforts relating to all development programs
- Design marketing materials and communications for internal and external audiences
- Oversee the creation of compelling content across the enterprise
- Source various types of learning offerings for program associates
- Leverage internal and external learning materials and mediums to ensure development of key competencies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
- Gather feedback on curriculum and assist with the implementation of improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications strongly preferred
- 3+ years of strategic experience in program management or program support, or marketing and communications
- Strong creative skills including creation of marketing materials to align learning outcomes with organizational goals and needs
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in project management and ability to manage various competing priorities
