The Contractor shall provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support to include, but not limited to the following activities:
Oversee all administrative logistical support for the contract to include notifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverage, documenting daily tasks, and work location changes
Ensure that daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff
Coordinate all administrative activities associated with the arrival of new contract staff with the appropriate FBI security, IT, and other administrative units
Mentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasks and address performance or personnel issues
Manage client expectations and deliverables and clearly and timely communicate with clients
Initiate process improvement initiatives and facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across stakeholders
Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of resources assigned to the program and contract
Participate in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks
Develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Assist with providing information sought by client relevant to Change Requests and Contract Modifications
Oversee and monitor scheduled system maintenances, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
Review and report technical assessments including required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort
Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery v10 or review platform processes, Microsoft Exchange administration, Windows Server administration, DNS/WINS/DHCP/LDAP performance, cloud technologies, and network architecture
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions; work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute reports and other deliverables
Ensure operational coverage for critical areas to meet 24/7/365 requirements
Formulate and enforce work standards; assign contractor schedules; prepare, review and submit required reports
Provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs and ensure program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are met
Requirements
Top Secret Clearance required
Experience providing Discovery Program contractor staff management support
Experience overseeing administrative logistical support, timekeeping, and invoicing
Experience coordinating with FBI security, IT, and administrative units
Experience mentoring and managing contractor staff and addressing performance issues
Experience managing client expectations, deliverables, and communications
Experience with process improvement and resource management
Technical knowledge of Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platforms
System administration experience with Microsoft Exchange 2019/2022 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Experience with DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories
Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS) and network architecture
Experience producing technical assessments, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Ability to support 24/7 operational coverage and program reporting
