About the role
- Support presale and renewal process by providing provider network disruption reporting to assist sales and client retention
- Complete day-to-day assigned business requests without immediate supervision and act as team lead/representative for specialized disruption reporting
- Provide custom and complex reporting and discretionary recommendations based on analytical trends and reporting methodologies
- Data manipulation, cleansing and standardization for data validation and quality using Microsoft Excel and Access
- Utilize independent judgment to determine best processing methodology to yield highest match results
- Combine business knowledge (products, networks, provider data) with data visualization and technical skills to create disruption reporting on a case-by-case basis
- Perform data quality audits of system match results and peer review audits, using HCPM/PRDS data, Activity Manager and/or Oracle Review tools to validate provider contract status
- Work with Network Contracting to identify and resolve provider data quality issues and raise risks or data gaps to management
- Provide analytic support and consultation to stakeholders (Sales, Repricing/Discounts, Data Analytics) on disruption methodology logic and reporting
- Recommend improvements in disruption database tools and effectively communicate match logic, methodology, and file-specific data gaps to sales partners
Requirements
- Analytical, data visualization and problem solving skills
- Experience with healthcare analytics highly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills for Excel and Access
- Strong attention to detail and experience working with data or reporting analytics
- Experience with large data sets is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changes quickly
- Demonstrated productivity skills to meet production and quality demands
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
- If working at home, internet via cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required
