About the role
- Provide direct support to the Provider Operations Vice President
- Coordinate across leadership team for Provider Operations
- Drive critical initiatives ensuring on-time delivery
- Act as connector within PO and across enterprise
- Support management process and ensure alignment against initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, Advanced Degree highly preferred
- 5+ years of operations/service experience with specific exposure to managing multiple aspects of the business operations
- Provider experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong EQ
- Proven track record of resilience, empathy, strong listening skills
- Exceptional executive presence in written and verbal communications
- Ability to think strategically and incorporate into organizational plan
- Strong business acumen and ability to make connections
