Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and ensure follow-through across teams
Own and refine operational processes spanning investment operations, fundraising logistics, borrower engagement, and new business initiatives
Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation to drive consistency and scalability
Manage recurring and ad hoc projects such as quarterly onsite planning, investor reporting, fundraising webinars, and cross-team analyses (including offshore team assessments)
Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable
Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, implement improvements, and track outcomes to ensure continuous progress
Requirements
6–12 years in highly operational roles, ideally within asset management, wealth advisory, RIA, or another process-heavy industry
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and bring structure to complex initiatives
Experience leading people or driving accountability across teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
