About the role
- Guide prospective students through the application process, ensuring clarity and accuracy at every stage
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries from prospective and enrolled students regarding program details and admissions requirements
- Provide personalized support to enrolled students awaiting Mentor assignments
- Provide detailed documentation of interactions with students
- Utilize the Knowledge Base when providing information, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
- Specialize in delivering timely and valuable assistance to students
- Handle complex situations with domestic students with empathy and patience
- Collaborate effectively with leaders to optimize the enrollment process and enhance the student experience
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent or current enrollment in PathwayConnect
- Current CES student at BYU-Pathway Worldwide, Ensign College, BYU-Idaho, Brigham Young University, or BYU-Hawaii (must live in Utah or Idaho)
- Students on an F-1 or J-1 visa must currently be enrolled at Ensign College
- Must live in Utah or Idaho
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities
- Ability to empathize and effectively address the needs of diverse student populations
- Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving requirements
- Availability to work a consistent 20-hour-a-week schedule between Monday–Saturday, 6AM–10PM MST
