Requirements
3+ years corporate travel and customer service experience
Professional and service-oriented
Exceptional oral and written communication; interpersonal and organizational skills
In-depth travel industry knowledge, including domestic/international reservations and faring
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities with an emphasis on quality, customer service and accuracy
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; assertiveness and patience to handle difficult situations
Strong problem solving, decision making and time management skills
Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration and knowledge sharing
