About the role
- Under general supervision, the Intern performs work as assigned by the department.
- Update Scala boards with upcoming events, inspirational messages, photos, retirements, etc.
- Create picture name cards for new hires.
- Develop monthly job openings list.
- Monitor and track print inventory (e.g., Caring Summaries, folders, child nutrition booklets).
- Update and maintain the story database.
- Monitor for area stories and pull relevant content for requests (e.g., BonCom).
- Assist with video and social media reel creation.
- Update documentation for the Media Coordination Tuesday morning meetings.
Requirements
- Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation.
- Must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
