Affiliate Manager

• Own affiliate strategy and program performance across a brand portfolio, driving GMV growth and shaping how brands win on TikTok Shop
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, delivering performance updates, proactive recommendations, and clear POVs on what’s working and what’s next
• Build and scale creator pipelines tailored to each brand’s audience, product category, and growth stage
• Work directly with creators and affiliates daily, building strong relationships that lead to consistent, high-performing content
• Test new messaging and content angles across the portfolio, using performance data to identify what works and scale it quickly
• Manage and grow creator communities across Discord and other channels, keeping affiliates engaged, informed, and motivated
• Design and execute affiliate campaigns, incentive structures, and creator activations that drive posting activity and sales
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts, and turn insights into campaign ideas before competitors
• Analyze performance data regularly and translate insights into fast, decisive strategic adjustments

Affiliate Lead

Account Manager

• Oversee daily Walmart operations, including issue triage, escalation, and resolution.
• Manage sales recaps, cost changes, CO-OP programs, DSV, and import updates.
• Prioritize tasks and align resources across internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports for line reviews and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart execution standards (planograms, pricing, merchandising).
• Serve as the primary client liaison, translating priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead client onboarding and supplier Vendor Agreement processes.
• Guide clients and suppliers through Walmart systems, processes, and best practices.
• Create, set up, and maintain items within Walmart’s systems and online platforms, ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant product listings.
• Manage item costs, Brand IDs, attributes, and catalog integrity while maintaining data accuracy across all systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve item setup, maintenance, and system-related issues.
• Oversee both domestic and import item programs, including associated operational processes such as QMS and Supplier Quotes.
• Drive eCommerce initiatives and optimize omni-channel processes across digital and in-store platforms.
• Ensure Walmart.com listings meet content quality standards and align with retail strategies.
• Monitor and analyze vendor performance and sales metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and manage forecasts to support strategic planning and optimize vendor performance.
• Support quoting, Template/PO file maintenance, CO-OP programs, and new item handoffs.
• Maintain accurate program records and provide internal and client guidance on operational readiness.

• Build strong relationships with both our vendors’ operations teams and Best Buy’s merchandise planning teams
• Demand Planning/Forecasting – facilitate and analyze forecasts to optimize the business for both the vendor and Best buy
• Drive supply chain initiatives to improve on time/ right quantity delivery to Best Buy
• Monitor in-stock needs and provide a proactive strategy to solve the stock problem
• Analyze vendor performance metrics and identify issues and root-causes, ultimately solving vendor performance issues or problems
• Monitor customer purchase orders
• Create and maintain new items in Best Buy’s system
• Provide vendors with at least weekly sell-through analytics and other information to help optimize the business
• Maintain accurate records regarding program agreements, pricing, product information, order status, planning issues and vendor set-ups
• Ensure that the internal accounting system is up to date with accurate shipping and invoicing information for cash flow purposes
• Work closely with other Retail Account Managers in complex problem solving, and best practice creation
• Educate vendors on Best Buy and the processes used (planograms, advertising, shipping, GSN set up, etc)

Associate Retail Account Manager

• Acting as the day-to-day business lead between Target’s merchandise planning teams and our brand partners
• Managing demand planning and forecasting to drive in-stock, sell-through, and profitable growth
• Proactively identifying supply chain, inventory, and execution risks — and solving them before they hit the shelf
• Monitoring purchase orders, item setup, and inventory flow to keep the business moving
• Analyzing sales, forecasts, and vendor performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
• Delivering weekly insights and reporting to help brands make smarter decisions
• Maintaining clean, accurate data in Target systems and BBG’s internal tools to support invoicing, cash flow, and operational clarity
• Helping brands navigate Target’s processes — from planograms and promotions to item setup and shipping
