• Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en andere communicatiekanalen op een correcte en professionele manier
• Je behandelt vragen over bestellingen, prijzen, leveringen, facturatie, stock en klachten
• Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van offertes, prijsafspraken en klantgegevens
• Je onderhoudt proactief contact met klanten om een vlotte en kwalitatieve service te garanderen
• Je ondersteunt de je Sales collega’s bij klantgerelateerde vragen en administratieve opvolging
• Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen om klantendossiers efficiënt af te handelen
• Je signaleert terugkerende problemen of inefficiënties en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen
• Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s bij vragen over systemen, tools of aangepaste werkwijzen
• Je ondersteunt mee bij het optimaliseren van processen binnen customer service
• Je rapporteert in je functie aan de Customer Service Manager
