About the role
- Support a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact
- Build strong relationships with clients and support them with queries as they arise
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship-driven sales
- Communicate with clients via phone and face-to-face
- Collaborate with the wider team and adapt to business changes
- Pursue professional development and obtain CII or ACII qualifications as offered
Requirements
- Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential for this role
- Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience
- Be proactive, use your initiative and show entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to learn and be curious
- Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face
- Some experience in customer service is important
- Work well with your team; be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt to change
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity
