About the role
- Build strong, trusted and profitable client and customer relationships
- Tailor approach to clients and advise on appropriate personal lines insurance products
- Support clients year-round and provide ongoing customer service
- Conduct networking and prospecting activities to build and develop a portfolio
- Work with clients face-to-face, on the phone or via video calls
- Offer solutions from a diverse range of brands and products across the Ardonagh Group
- Collaborate with team members and support colleagues
- Participate in role-based incentive plan and meet growth objectives
Requirements
- Experience gained from within the HNW Insurance Industry from a similar role
- Relevant qualifications are a bonus (CII/ACII available after joining)
- Proactive, uses initiative and entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities
- Driven to learn and curious about the Insurance Industry
- Works well with team, supportive, engaging, collaborative, resilient to change
- Demonstrates integrity required in a financially regulated organisation
- Ability to work face-to-face, by phone and via video calls
