💰 £65,000 - £70,000 per year
About the role
- Lead, motivate & develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and expectations through daily briefs, visual performance tracking, and regular feedback
- Identify underperformance early and implement tailored coaching plans, including structured 1:1s, development goals, and follow-up actions to drive improvement
- Monitor QA scores, cancellations, and complaints, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance
- Manage holiday approvals, shift swaps, and absences in line with HR policies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure all client data is handled securely and accurately, with leads managed efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities
- Play an active role in recruitment activities, including interviews, assessment days, and onboarding to build a strong team
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading sales teams within a regulated environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing talent
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Confidence in managing performance metrics and compliance standards
- Ability to pass relevant employment checks including verifying recent employment, address, credit history and a standard criminal record check
