Support Engineer

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows-based server and workstation environments supporting Navy engineering programs.
• Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot operating systems, enterprise software, and server applications.
• Provide day-to-day systems administration for production, development, and test environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure reliable operation of mission-critical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, database, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in system upgrades, infrastructure modernization efforts, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database maintenance activities.
• Support and maintain PHP-based web applications and internal business systems.
• Perform routine application updates, configuration changes, and software deployments.
• Assist with testing and validating new software releases prior to deployment.
• Assist with user account management, permissions, Active Directory administration, and access control.

• Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel to maintain compliance with DoD security requirements and STIG implementation.
• Participate in vulnerability remediation and system hardening efforts.
• Document system configurations, operational procedures, technical issues, and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and system documentation.

IT Support Analyst

General

• Design, develop, organize, and deliver comprehensive technical training and related materials in support of customers and/or company employees.
• Instruct participants in one-on-one, small group, large group, virtual, and ad hoc training sessions.
• Work with customer teams and functional organizations to establish training content and objectives.
• Ensure training materials reflect current CACMS features, updates, and best practices.
• Create documentation for standardized data collection, inspection, and collaboration processes.
• Follow defined processes and document any issues or problems clearly.
• Provide daily status reporting to management and customers during training activities.
• Track training completion rates and maintain accurate records in learning management systems.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with Posts, domestic offices, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant communications.

Technical Trainer

• Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
• Provides onsite, hands-on O&M support for client computing devices to include personal computers, thin/zero clients, laptops, Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs), and peripherals.
• Provides end-user IT system and software maintenance for the USCENTCOM COOP.
• Coordinates and manages Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accountability of new equipment, replacement equipment, and upgrades.
• Tracks the disposition of equipment throughout its lifecycle (e.g., Computer Equipment Replacement Program [CERP] and Life Cycle Replacement [LCR]).
• Processes end of life, defective, and/or damaged equipment through the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO).
• Develops procedures to facilitate management and testing of desktop load set configurations to include tracking and compiling of user issues, software conflicts, devices conflicts, and other similar tasks.
• As needed, provide CPN and SCO support to Coalition partners, and provide expertise and advice relating to Coalition Partner Networks.
• Based on operational tempo 24/7 and holiday support may be required.

Desktop Systems Technician

• Serve as the first point of contact for the IT Enterprise, resolving user issues quickly and efficiently to minimize operational disruptions.
• Enable seamless IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues across a large infrastructure.
• Support end-user productivity through Tier 1 Active Directory services, including account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accounts and permissions align with organizational and security requirements.
• Strengthen cross-team collaboration by escalating issues appropriately, coordinating with technical teams, and sharing knowledge to drive faster resolution.
• Contribute to operational readiness by supporting system deployments, validating configurations, and performing initial troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
• Provide reliable support during off-hours, weekends, and holidays, ensuring uninterrupted IT service for all end-users.

Journeyman Service Desk Technician

• Serve as the first point of contact for the IT Enterprise, resolving user issues quickly and efficiently to minimize operational disruptions
• Provide face-to-face and remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident resolution for hardware, software, and application problems
• Enable seamless IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues across a large infrastructure
• Monitor, track, and resolve service requests efficiently
• Support end-user productivity through Tier 1 Active Directory services, including account creation, password resets, and access management
• Contribute to operational readiness by supporting system deployments
• Strengthen cross-team collaboration by escalating issues appropriately

Junior Service Desk Technician

• Provide professional services to Murex clients
• Build, test, and provide support to clients on MX.3 integration modules
• Develop trade workflows and interfaces to set up communication between external platforms and murex
• Handle support cases from notification to resolution and validation
• Integrate with various teams to deliver the right solution to client
• Work with technologies including SQL, Unix, and Murex proprietary standards

Senior Murex Integration Specialist

• Conduct patent searches to assess the novelty and patentability of computer architecture, artificial intelligence, and other computer science and computer engineering inventions.
• Conduct interviews with inventors to capture all required aspects of technologies submitted for the ORTA to make patenting recommendations.
• Collaborate with inventors and OGC to develop patent prosecution strategy.
• Work closely with OGC to prepare patent applications, including drafting specifications, drawings, and claims.
• Ensure technical accuracy of the subject matter in patent applications.
• Provide technical and legal research and analysis to assist OGC in support of NGA submissions pending before the USPTO.
• Assist OGC with preparing responses to USPTO actions and docket management.
• Ensure procedures are in place to classify and maintain records. Interpret and enforce documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements.

Intellectual Property (IP) Technical Specialist

Analyst

• Executes day-to-day operational functions of critical incident management services providing continuous 24x7x365 monitoring, coordination, and incident handling.
• Performs real-time monitoring, incident declaration, severity assessment using approved SOPs, incident bridge initiation and management, and stakeholder notification throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Coordinates restoration activities across technical teams, vendors, and federal stakeholders while maintaining situational awareness of enterprise conditions.
• Responsible for accurate and timely documentation, standardized tracking and reporting in approved systems, execution of escalation procedures, and direct support to root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Enables continuous refinement of incident criteria, identification of recurring and systemic issues, and proactive remediation of major technical deficiencies.
