Full-stack Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and support engineering standards for substation/transmission/distribution engineering standards.

• Work directly with internal owners of strategic customer relationships for data center and other large-load customers, acting as the primary AES interface for thermal/hybrid physical solutions.

• Lead and deliver customer proposal presentations (solution narrative, commercial construct, execution approach) and manage the bid-to-close process.

Senior Manager, Physical Solutions – Data Center & Hybrid Origination

Project Manager

• Define and document RFPs and scope of work packages for 3rd party EPC firms
• Conduct due diligence on potential solar sites, evaluate the suitability of identified sites and participate in due diligence review, analysis of various reports (i.e. environmental, geo-tech, etc.)
• Act as the Owner’s Representative for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract Management on high impact PV solar and energy storage projects in the US
• Review and manage EPC Contractor schedules, budgets, scope, subcontractors, EHS plans, and permit compliance

Operations

• Lead solar PV site, BESS, and substation operations and maintenance efforts, including advanced troubleshooting, in accordance with applicable safety and environmental obligations – Responsible for the Preventive and Corrective O&M activities assigned to the team.
• Stop unsafe work, report and correct unsafe conditions or hazards – review and submit applicable accident / incident report.
• Work with and support Regional Safety Committee.
