About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of renewable energy projects across CAISO from site selection to execution readiness
Drive advancement through key milestones including site control, interconnection queue progression, permitting approvals, and commercial structuring
Develop and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Coordinate inputs across interconnection, land, permitting, engineering, environmental, and commercial teams
Identify and manage risks related to CAISO interconnection, permitting, land constraints, and market considerations
Lead engagement with landowners, utilities, CAISO stakeholders, permitting agencies, and consultants.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental studies, or related field
4–7 years of experience in renewable energy development or related field
Strong understanding of interconnection, permitting, land, and project development processes
Experience with CAISO interconnection and California permitting processes (preferred)
