• Investigate and resolve identity and access‑related incidents, working closely with security and technology teams when needed.

• Proposal Development & Documentation: Contribute to RFIs and RFPs with detailed, client-tailored responses, assist in creating scope-of-work documentation, and collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure seamless project handovers
