About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, implement, and deliver customer workshops across a variety of COINS ERP modules.
  • Gather customer requirements, review COINS coding, and map business processes.
  • Deliver training on software and business processes through customer workshops, webinars, and seminars.
  • Manage multiple implementation activities, balancing priorities and meeting project timelines.
  • Design reports and support data configuration activities.
  • Identify opportunities for software enhancements and contribute to the ongoing development of the product area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, including system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation design and delivery.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of cost accounting, construction accounting systems, trial balance, financial statement interpretation.
  • Preferred Experience in Quantity Surveying or Accounting within the construction sector.
  • Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required for this opportunity.
