• Leading a team of 6–8 Business Development Representatives in a defined geographic area and working closely with the Head of Field Sales, you will be responsible for developing, training, growing, and achieving our ambitious business goals.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales representatives, improving their skills and productivity;
• Manage team performance by setting clear goals, analyzing daily activity, and providing constructive feedback to ensure results are exceeded;
• Be fully accountable for sales results and strategy in the assigned region;
• Introduce new products to current and prospective customers with innovative approaches;
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and effective sales and customer service process;
• Contribute to the recruiting process by identifying, selecting, and integrating new talent in line with the company's growth objectives;
