Design solutions utilizing broader SAP components and solutions.
Recommend optimized SAP configurations aligned with clean-core principles and enterprise governance.
Lead SAP S/4HANA migrations and assist with data harmonization and code adaptation.
Collaborate on end-to-end processes and define integration patterns.
Apply Tessera’s multi-agent AI to automate configuration and business workflows.
Support implementation of AI-driven automation within SAP and adjacent systems.

Requirements

3–7+ years of SAP functional consulting or ERP business process experience.
Hands-on exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA functional configuration.
Experience mapping business requirements to ERP systems and integrations.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous enterprise transformation programs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (primarily U.S.).
