About the role

  • Provide operational excellence within the assigned region
  • Drive change management plans and develop strategies to attain operational goals
  • Oversee net APBITA across branches and sales and service operations
  • Monitor progress against district and region revenue objectives
  • Oversee development of General Managers through talent assessment and development
  • Manage recruiting efforts and onboarding to ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Oversee relationship with all residential clients
  • Resolve clients disputes and handle outstanding claims
  • Ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence across branches
  • Follow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead and drive organization values through quality of service and teamwork
  • Establish tracking forums to assess progress against branch/region revenue objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management related subject
  • 8+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Alternatively, military ranking of O5
  • Business operations experience
  • Skill in managing and leading assigned projects - understanding of project management
  • Maintains relevant licenses as required by federal, state or local regulations for termite/pest control and any other business unit products and services
  • Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty.
