Manages the creative workflow and project trafficking to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of all creative assets.
Optimizes studio resource allocation.
Serves as the primary liaison between the creative team and internal stakeholders.
Owns and maintains the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Develops and maintains comprehensive project timelines and production schedules.
Manages the roster of external creative resources.
Oversees the creative production and quality assurance (QA) process.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in project management, traffic management, or studio management, preferably within an advertising agency or an in-house creative department.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
Experience managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
Expert proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Wrike, or Monday.com.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
