About the role

  • Grow and manage a defined territory by developing relationships with independent clinics (primary care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urgent care, long-term care, and rural health, etc)
  • Drive new business through prospecting, in-person visits, and relationship-based sales
  • Manage and retain existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent utilization of TEN Healthcare lab services
  • Educate providers on TEN Healthcare’s diagnostic solutions (PCR Infectious Disease, Toxicology, Clinical Blood) and how they improve patient care
  • Meet clear activity and revenue goals, including appointments, new accounts, and territory growth
  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of outside sales experience (healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person selling, and relationship development
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
