About the role
- Define, build, and own Temporal's Partner Marketing function and strategy
- Design partner marketing priorities and roadmap
- Create joint value propositions for Temporal + Partner go-to-market
- Execute co-marketing initiatives with Tier 1 SIs and CSP partners
- Collaborate with PMM and Enablement to create sales and partner enablement materials
- Work with Content and DevRel to produce partner narratives and success story content
- Partner with GTM Ops to build reporting mechanisms to measure partner marketing impact
- Prioritize high-impact work and set clear expectations with stakeholders
- Report to the Director of Product Marketing
Requirements
- Keen understanding of how a partner channel fits into a B2B go-to-market strategy (Service Integrators (SIs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs))
- Resume of experience bringing partner marketing best practices to an organization
- Strong storytelling ability to create joint value propositions with partners
- Technical aptitude: ability to quickly learn technical concepts
- Comfortable working with and influencing multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Motivated to define, build, and own a partner marketing function
- Experience with partner marketing programs (co-marketing, enablement, content, measurement)
