Community Manager

• Set up the systems and processes to manage and support the creator community effectively.
• Create and maintain the creator participation tracker (shows confirmed, tentative, declined).
• Build the campaign asset library (scripts, graphics, messaging documents) including the creator onboarding materials
• Improve campaign briefs and materials as needed, to make them clear, compelling, and engaging for creators
• Set up and manage a central communication platform (e.g. Discord) for creators.
• Drive creator participation and partnerships.
• Proactively source and onboard new creator partners
• Manage the creator onboarding workflow once creators agree
• Distribute campaign assets to creators (scripts, visual assets, calls-to-action, landing pages)
• Act as the main point of contact, providing creators with the resources and connections they need (e.g., content assets, expert access)
• Build relationships with creators to maintain trust, excitement, and momentum leading up to launch
• Coordinate the campaign launch and monitor activities in real time.
• Keep a master schedule of creator posts and coordinate their release timing.
• Monitor creator production progress before launch.
• Monitor creator uploads on launch day.
• Watch engagement spikes and campaign activity.
• Coordinate rapid troubleshooting during launch.
• Maintain a real-time dashboard of campaign activity.
