Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain the 3 year merchandise roadmap, including expansion into new sales channels.
Own the day to day operations of the online stores.
Manage store merchandising, navigation, and commercial optimization.
Analyze store performance and make data driven recommendations.
Improve conversion rate, average order value (AOV), checkout flow, and overall customer purchasing experience.
Execute quarterly campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager from an operational and commercial perspective.
Manage supplier relationships, timelines, and manufacturing.
Oversee logistics, fulfilment, and inventory planning.
Own product costing, pricing, and profit margin analysis in partnership with Finance.
Continuously improve operational efficiency, supplier performance, product quality, and costs.
Manage the CX Representative (Tweet) and Special Projects Coordinator (Dianne).

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a related role.
Obsessed with excellent customer experience, without compromise.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Shopify.
Solid understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
