About the role
- Become ambassador of TP brands in the coffee and culinary world
- Provide 360º support to all brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce
- Provide basic technical support for troubleshooting
- Perform backoffice tasks related to presales and aftersales support
- Represent client reputation and status in customer interactions
