About the role
- Coordinate and manage direct communication through all digital channels proactively to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage the monthly calendar for client's social networks and liaise with client to solve doubts
- Publish monthly content plan, answer comments and queries, strengthen link with consumers, detect trends or TTs
- Manage social networks and customer care channels (email and phone)
- Promote some content on networks
- Proactively participate in team meetings to report on project status and content creation
- Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on Social Media and Care performance
- Research new RRSS trends contributing to content creation for brands and clients
Requirements
- Manage social networks and be up to date with the latest news
- Oriented to help consumers, organized and attentive to detail
- Sociable person who enjoys customer service and generating good engagement
- C2 level of German and English
- Nice to Have: Spanish or another language
- Willingness to travel at some point during the year
- Availability to work full time
- Availability to be hired in Spain
