Financial Planning and Analysis

• Conduct the monthly financial reporting/analysis across the enterprise
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes in collaboration with the operations and functional support teams
• Oversee data analytics, providing real time financial and operational insights to the organization
• Produce, improve and automate existing monthly reporting
• Lead review meetings for financial & operational performance
• Work with the controller to automate management reporting out of Sage Intaact
• Complete standard reporting required by private equity owners
• Develop and manage core reports, dashboards, and analytical models in Excel and SQL
• Serve as a key internal advisor, using data to inform business strategy
• Create high impact visualizations of key data points
