About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a global Client Delivery team, fostering high performance and career growth.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of client programs, meeting SLAs for on-time and high-quality execution.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery issues, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Fulfillment to resolve challenges.
- Monitor delivery performance through KPIs and dashboards; leverage data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Partner with Product, Business Intelligence, and Salesforce teams to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing plans, workload distribution, and global coverage across time zones.
- Enhance onboarding, training, and enablement to accelerate team readiness and performance.
- Align delivery operations with company priorities and business outcomes to support growth.
- Balance day-to-day client needs with long-term improvements in processes, tools, and team capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, client delivery, or program management, ideally within B2B services.
- Proven leader with experience managing and developing teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong operational background in delivery, program execution, or client success with a record of meeting SLAs and driving process improvements.
- Skilled cross-functional collaborator with experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Fulfillment teams.
- Analytical and data-driven; adept at interpreting data, managing complex workflows, and leading change initiatives.
- Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders and provide clear direction to teams.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and adapts strategies to drive business needs forward.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and dashboards, and leveraging data to identify trends and improvements.
