• Serve as the main point of contact for daily customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of programs, meeting all technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Identify and proactively resolve program-related issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Identify and address program risks and impacts through a systematic, proactive, approach to risk management that identifies and documents risks and manages mitigations plans to resolve potential problems across all levels of the program.

• Monitor and analyze program performance metrics (SLAs) and perform analysis to support forward-looking decision-making based on data analytics

• Collaborating with senior business and technical leaders, as well as peers in the Platform Services Business Unit Program Management Organization (PMO), to help develop a strategic vision and success plan for the PMO organization
• Work closely with the Program Manager, Operations Director and their teams to meet or exceed departmental goals and KPIs
• Work with leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop an action plan.
• **Travel Required: 10% - approx. quarterly trips to Northern VA area for customer meetings.**

• Lead teams of internal and external resources to manage and deliver a projects safely, on time, within budget and to required specifications.
• Develop project scope, cost estimate, schedule, design, and delivery solutions.
• Organize and manage pre-construction meetings.
• In collaboration with Project Engineering and Executive Leadership, manage all aspects of assigned project(s) including communications, team leadership, project scope, cost estimate, quality, and risk management, compliance with environmental, safety and TechFlow standards and policies.
• Provide accurate and timely project status reporting addressing milestone progress, risk management, current and forecast financial performance.
• Coordinate and lead in person site visits to job site(s) as needed.
• Participate in project progress meetings with client, general contractor, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure predictable and unexpected complexities are effectively monitored and mitigated.
• Manage dependencies, risks, plans, costs and resourcing for each project and across interlinked projects in collaboration with the assigned Project Coordinator.

Senior Project Manager – Energy and Mobility Solutions

• Works directly with Operations Manager, Project Manager, and U.S. Government; establishes and maintains professional working relationships with Government, subcontractors and tenants
• Functions as first-line supervisor for HVAC shop; coordinates and supervises HVAC staff
• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in staff work for facility maintenance and repair
• Determine materials, equipment, and supplies to be used; order supplies and prepare procurement documents
• Transfer equipment and personnel between projects as needed; coordinate scheduling and set work priorities
• Evaluate and verify employee performance through review of completed work and techniques; identify staff development needs and ensure training
• Train or coordinate training in maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques; deliver safety briefs and occasional trainings
